The client’s financial intelligence workflow was fragmented. Critical data was scattered across spreadsheets, PDF reports, and third-party dashboards. Analysts manually consolidated information, generated interpretations, and compiled executive summaries—a process that took days and was prone to inconsistencies. Leadership needed fast, reliable access to insights that could support strategic decisions, but the tooling they had in place was simply not designed for that level of analysis.
